Kim joined the boy band ‘Shinee’ in 2005, officially becoming a member and taking on roles as a songwriter and performer. The following year, he made his acting debut on the television show ‘Inkigayo’. His love songs, which he wrote, became immensely popular, catapulting him to fame and earning him widespread recognition.
He worked together with South Korean singer IU, contributing as a songwriter and composer for a song called ‘Red Candle,’ which was performed by Son Dam-bi.
